As an Optical Store Manager, you'll combine your optical expertise with inspiring leadership, creating an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial success. - Strong knowledge of optics, eyewear and customer eye care journeys

- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- The ability to balance clinical credibility with commercial success
- Energy, ownership and a hands-on leadership style
- Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office tools
